Instructions:

– To insert thehip pads, open the velcro pockets on the inside of the pants.

– Theknee padscan be inserted in the adjustable pockets from the inside by opening the Velcro.

– TheProtective Jeans need to be turned inside out to insert the knee pads. You have 3 partition options to match own knee-high for best position.
